Delighted to have grown business so quickly
Jay Bhayani, our managing director says “When I set up the business at the end of 2014, I saw the need for, and had a vision of creating, a unique law firm with a holistic offering of employment law and HR services. The formula I’ve developed has worked – perhaps more quickly than I’d expected – and I’m delighted to have grown the business with such a great team so quickly. Together we’ve developed new initiatives that are helping businesses, including those from the manufacturing, retail, professional and not for profit (charity) sectors, to deal efficiently and successfully with their employment issues. Take up of our Watertight package has been tremendous and we’re going from strength to strength, offering clients a unique service, with a strong legal team as well a range of HR services that include executive coaching, pay and reward systems, recruitment and appraisal systems.”
