We are delighted to introduce you to 3 new members of our fantastic team!
Kathryn is Bhayani Law’s in-house specialist HR adviser and has a wealth of experience in employee relations, recruitment, employee development, training and leadership. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has over 15 years’ experience working in a managerial and HR role in the hospitality sector. She has dealt with a broad range of HR matters including conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings and robust investigations, consultations over changes of pay and terms, TUPE transfers and managing performance and sickness absence. She thinks quickly, commercially and creatively to resolve problems, which fits perfectly with Bhayani Law’s ethos!
Maria is an HR associate who works with our clients to ensure they adopt robust, creative and workable procedures, including recruitment and selection, staff development and employee engagement. She has a post graduate diploma in HR management and is a Thomas International practitioner (empowers businesses with the use of various types of assessment). She has worked with businesses across a variety of sectors, up to board level. She is a dynamic and enthusiastic HR professional, dedicated to the continuous improvement of organisations and individuals and is an advocate of great people practices. Maria has recently become an enterprise adviser, working alongside a local secondary school to enhance its careers offering to students.
Alice is the firm’s new office administrator. She achieved fantastic GCSE results and chose to combine study with work instead of higher education. Alice is studying part time at Sheffield College, undertaking a level 2 NVQ in business administration. Using her excellent customer service skills, she is the main point of contact for all enquirers and ensures that they are directed to the most appropriate adviser and that Bhayani Law’s Watertight HR & Legal clients can access advice as soon as they need it.
