We use the "Watertight" package at Appletree Childcare. We have access to professionals for all our HR issues and their help in developing policies and procedures. This has been absolutely brilliant for us because it takes all the worry away when dealing with personnel problems and a quick piece of advice helps us to do things properly in the first place and prevents problems arising. When we ask for help we always get a quick response and the staff we deal with are friendly and understanding with even the most basic questions.
