Francesca graduated with a First-Class LLB (Hons) degree in Law from Sheffield Hallam University, where she selected Employment Law as one of her final-year modules. She has since completed the LPC and LLM with the University of Law, graduating with distinction. Her Master’s dissertation, which also received a distinction, focused on the implications of fire and rehire practices in the UK.
Before joining Bhayani Law, Francesca gained valuable paralegal experience in Financial Disputes, Inheritance and Wills Dispute, and Commercial Litigation, developing strong analytical and strategic case management skills. She also worked in Commercial Property alongside her studies, further strengthening her drafting abilities and confidence in client-facing work.
In her role at Bhayani Law, Francesca supports the legal team with both claimant and respondent clients on a wide range of employment matters.
