Lorna, BA (Hons), is part of our HR team and works as a HR Advisor.
Lorna has 15 years in-house HR experience, across several public and private sector industries, including Higher Education, Financial and Legal Services. She has worked in both the UK and Middle East. She has extensive experience of all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment, creating and delivering training, core value and policy development as well as working on post buy-out integration and redundancy projects.
Lorna is here to help clients find their way around our Watertight HR Hub portal and advise on a range of HR issues including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance, working with our Watertight outsourced HR clients and looking after their needs. She can also be parachuted into companies to help fill a gap at busy times and work on site in a HR support or admin role.
