2. Employment Law Risk Check
Our Employment Law Risk Check includes an audit which identifies risk areas and how to minimise them. You need to ensure you have the right contracts and policies in place and where you engage staff on a self-employed or worker basis, we can work with you to ensure you don’t fall foul of IR35 rule changes. This service is complimentary and if you are a Watertight client, most of our recommendations will be implemented for you at no additional cost.
