Lindsey is a highly experienced HR and Employment Law solicitor.
Lindsey qualified in 2012 and has specialised in Employment Law ever since, advising both employees and businesses on a range of employment law issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Lindsey was born in Rotherham and her local knowledge has enabled her to advise and engage with a vast range of businesses across South Yorkshire. Lindsey prides herself in providing simple and easy to understand advice, no matter how complex the situation. Her down to earth attitude and friendly approach reassures clients that their cases will be dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Lindsey has always been passionate about the law. She was a founding member of the Doncaster Junior Lawyers Division and served as the National Representative for a number of years. Also, whilst studying for her law degree at Nottingham University, Lindsey was involved in the University of Nottingham Law Society and the University Law Magazine.
