We use the "Watertight" package at Appletree Childcare. We have access to professionals for all our HR issues and their help in developing policies and procedures. This has been absolutely brilliant for us because it takes all the worry away when dealing with personnel problems and a quick piece of advice helps us to do things properly in the first place and prevents problems arising. When we ask for help we always get a quick response and the staff we deal with are friendly and understanding with even the most basic questions. When we have bigger issues they guide us through the process stage by stage.Having this assistance has been incredibly helpful for our business and for our employees. It has given us confidence when dealing with issues and taken away a lot of the worry that comes with dealing with HR when you are not an expert.

It's never nice to have to consult an HR & Employment lawyer on a personal basis, sadly though I had to earlier this year. Jay Bhayani came highly recommended and after googling her, I knew she was an expert in her field and the only person I needed to look to for help.Jay has a lovely way of dealing with clients- welcoming, understanding and then acting in a highly professional manner, yet making you feel valued. I knew she had my best interest at heart right from the first meeting and I really don't think I would have had the same level of service from other practices. Ideally located just off the M1 and with plenty of parking and supported by the equally lovely Amelia, I would highly recommend Bhayani HR & Employment Law.
