Zoi, originally from Greece, moved to the UK in 2014 to pursue a BSc in Psychology at the University of Leeds. In 2017, she continued her studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam before returning to Leeds to graduate with an MA in International Politics & Development in 2019. During her studies in the UK and the Netherlands, she assisted in a variety of academic research projects that led to a deeper understanding of data analytics and an affinity for Excel spreadsheets!
Since 2020, Zoi has accumulated experience working in the third sector in an operational capacity before joining the private sector to provide in-house recruitment and HR services in Ed-tech, startup and warehouse environments. Having developed a commercial mindset, she has delivered high-volume recruitment projects and advised on various employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary, and grievance. She has also supported strategic projects on organisational change.
Zoi is here to help clients find their way around our Watertight HR Hub portal and advise on a range of HR issues including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance, working with our Watertight outsourced HR clients and looking after their needs.
Zoi can also be parachuted into companies to help fill a gap at busy times and work on site in a HR support or admin role.
Zoi is a CIPD Foundation member and is currently pursuing her Level 5 qualification in People Management.
