We have recently started working with Madiba Limited Services, who look to create new beginnings for children and young people with their residential care services.
It has been a privilege to watch this venture come to fruition and it is so clear that everyone involved with Madiba have at their heart the best interests of the children they support and provide exceptional care. They truly believe that children and young people come first, providing the very best support they can, in a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
Madiba share the view of Mark Twain “kindness is the language the deaf can hear and the blind can see”.
All staff are exceptional and are recruited based on their commitment to safeguarding and ensuring that all young people’s needs are met in a therapeutic way.
From their young children arriving, to flying the nest, Madiba’s employees make every moment count, creating memories for all.
With one successful home already opened in Huddersfield, Madiba Services are looking to expand, providing their service of excellence across the nation. Some people call their employees support workers, Madiba call theirs “super hero’s”.
We love working so closely with Madiba, providing advice tailored to their needs and we cannot wait to see them grow. Our help so far has involved company law and agreements in the set up of the business and now we support on all aspects of people management via our fixed fee service, Watertight HR & Legal.
