With the abolition of tribunal fees, employment claims have risen significantly, and an understanding of employment law and HR processes is essential for all businesses, whatever size and industry sector.
This interactive and enjoyable course provides an introductory insight into the core elements of HR and employment law, looking at the HR lifecycle. It draws on real-life scenarios, best practice, and employment case law decisions and provides an opportunity for you to share your experiences to stimulate learning.

Course Structure
This course will be delivered over 2 full days on 7th & 8th November 2023, 10 am – 4 pm.

It is estimated that you will be required to undertake 6 hours of self-directed learning throughout the duration of this course. The sessions are interactive, with peer-to-peer learning to allow you to think practically about how to apply what you have learnt.
You will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the course.
