Alice joined the firm in 2017 and is a key member of the Bhayani team, playing a central role in both our marketing function and the smooth running of the office.
As our Digital Marketing & Events Executive, Alice is responsible for driving the firm’s digital presence, brand awareness, and client engagement. She plans and delivers marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms, creating high-quality, engaging content on HR and employment law topics.
Since completing her Level 3 Digital Marketing Diploma in 2021, Alice has become our in-house expert across all digital channels. She works closely with our legal and HR advisors to translate complex legal developments into accessible, client-focused content, including articles, guides, and newsletters.
Alice also leads the planning and delivery of our client events, seminars, and webinars. From coordinating logistics and managing registrations to evaluating success and engagement, she ensures every event is professional, seamless, and aligned with our brand.
In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Alice continues to provide invaluable support across office operations. She assists the day-to-day administration, helping to maintain an organised and efficient working environment.
