Ellie is our Senior HR Advisor and Training Lead. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with employee relations, employee development and training and recruitment processes.
Ellie graduated from The University of Lincoln in 2016 with an LLB Hons degree in Law, specialising in Employment Law as a final year module. During her time at University, Ellie volunteered at the University’s Law Clinic, advising clients on various queries, and assisting litigants in person.
Prior to joining Bhayani Law, she worked as an Employment Paralegal for a Sheffield based firm advising/litigating on Employment Law matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and protective award claims. Ellie worked alongside senior solicitors dealing with complex group holiday pay claims.
Ellie is a CIPD Associate member and has undergone CIPD qualifications to help our clients best deal with all Human Resource issues.
Ellie’s role includes providing expert and pragmatic support for our Watertight clients, including the preparation of contracts and policies and conducting investigations and hearings. She will also be “parachuted in” to help with our clients’ HR needs on a part-time or project basis where needed.
Ellie takes the lead with the firm’s HR training, to support individuals in gaining a greater understanding of HR, both from a legal and best practice approach perspective. Ellie ensures the training is tailored to the industry in which the delegates work, along with ensuring this is delivered at an appropriate pace and level for those attending.
