Hannah graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2017 with an LLB Hons degree in Law and Criminology, electing Employment Law as a final year module. During her time at the University, Hannah volunteered at Nottingham Crown Court with the Personal Support Unit assisting self-represented individuals throughout the court process.
She is busy studying for her final SQE exams leading to her qualification as a solicitor very soon!
Before joining Bhayani Law in March 2020 Hannah worked in a fast paced employment advisory role and has assisted employees and employers alike, gaining vast experience of employment law and HR. Hannah works within the legal team advising clients on TUPE, redundancy dismissals, discrimination claims and defending employment tribunal claims. Hannah also looks after many of the firm’s Watertight outsourced HR clients being their dedicated advisor on day to day HR issues.
Hannah finds the key to effective advice is communication, her clear and friendly approach ensures that her clients have confidence and a clear understanding in all circumstances.
