Kathryn is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered MCIPD) and leads Bhayani Law’s HR services with a focus on delivering strategic, commercially focused support to our clients. With extensive experience across both in-house and consultancy roles, Kathryn brings a deep understanding of the complexities facing HR teams and business leaders today.
Working closely with clients across a wide range of sectors, Kathryn takes a proactive, solution-oriented approach to even the most challenging employee relations issues. Her work spans complex investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures, TUPE transfers, and sensitive exits. She is known for her pragmatic advice, helping clients navigate risk with confidence and clarity.
Kathryn oversees and leads our team of HR Advisors, who, under her guidance, provide day-to-day and strategic HR support to our clients. She is committed to ensuring that the service we deliver is consistently high quality, tailored to each client’s needs, and responsive to the ever-changing employment landscape. Kathryn is continually looking at ways to evolve and enhance our HR offering, ensuring it remains innovative, commercially relevant, and aligned with best practice.
In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Kathryn supports the Managing Director operationally, contributing to the overall direction and continuous improvement of the firm’s HR services and business operations.
Kathryn holds the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, the highest professional qualification awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This, along with her Chartered Member status, reflects her expertise in leading at a strategic level and her commitment to professional excellence in HR.
She also plays a central role in shaping and overseeing the delivery of our outsourced HR service, working closely with our legal team to provide a seamless, joined-up approach to employment law and HR issues.
