Kirsty is part of our HR team and works as a HR Advisor.
Kirsty has many years’ previous experience of working in legal secretarial roles giving her an edge when it comes to administration and is a great support to the HR team. She has excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
Kirsty’s last role as a HR Assistant in the legal sector has set her up to deal with a multitude of day to day HR issues in a speedy but sensitive manner.
Kirsty is here to help clients find their way around our Watertight HR Hub portal and advise on a range of HR issues including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance, working with our Watertight outsourced HR clients and looking after their needs.
Kirsty can also be parachuted into companies to help fill a gap at busy times and work on site in a HR support or admin role.
