Sian is an Employment Lawyer and Trained Mediator and supports the firm’s clients with litigated employment tribunal claims, HR advice and mediation.
Sian graduated with honours from the University of Birmingham with an LLB degree in Law and Business Studies, specialising in Employment Law as a final year module. Sian also undertook modules in Business Organisation and HR Management. This gives her the ability to give pragmatic and realistic advice.
During her time at University, Sian volunteered at the University’s pro bono projects assisting with the Employment Litigants in Person Tribunal clinic.
Sian has previously worked as an Employment Paralegal in Sheffield advising on Employment Law matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and unlawful inducement claims. Sian also worked as a Settlement advisor and alongside senior solicitors dealing with litigation cases.
Sian is an accredited mediator and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and enjoys working with individuals and businesses to achieve their goals.
Sian’s role includes advising individuals and businesses with various aspects of employment law and HR advice and providing support for our Watertight clients.
