HR Advisor & Trainer 

We are looking to recruit an HR Advisor & Trainer to join our team based in the Sheffield office with regular travel to our Doncaster office. You will also have the opportunity to work from home once or twice per week and have flexibility of your working hours once you pass your probationary period.

What you will bring to the role

We’re looking for an HR professional with 2+ years of advisory experience, including delivering training on the employee lifecycle. You’ll bring up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, along with a practical and cost-effective approach to problem-solving. Adaptability is key, as you’ll be working with clients across various industries, alongside a passion for business development and client engagement. Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills are essential, as is an inclusive and collaborative mindset. You’ll also need the confidence to work independently while building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Employment Law Advisor / Paralegal

We are looking to recruit an Employment Law Advisor/Paralegal to join our team based in the Sheffield office with regular travel to our Doncaster office. What you will bring to the role

We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience advising on claimant and/or respondent employment law cases. You should have a practical and cost-effective approach to problem-solving, along with the adaptability to manage client issues across various industry sectors. Enthusiasm for business development and the ability to take ownership of activities in Sheffield and Doncaster are key. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, as is an inclusive and collaborative working style that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives. You should also have the confidence to work independently while building and maintaining strong client and peer relationships.
