We established our firm in 2014 as a way to provide expert professional advice to help both employees and businesses navigate the minefield of employment law and HR.
Since then we’ve moved to a new Sheffield city centre premises, expanded our team and helped many throughout the region and UK with our services.
We are one of a small number of firms in the UK who specialise exclusively in employment law and human resources.
As a firm we take pride in our services and packages, in which we take a holistic approach to the needs of each business and organisation we work with.
After spending time getting to grips with the issues facing you or your business, the next question you’ll be asked by us is ‘What outcome do you need to achieve?’.
Once you’re clear about the result you want, we’ll use all our experience and skill to help you apply the law in a practical and workable way, to resolve what are often complex and stressful situations.
Over the past few years we’ve acquired and developed a highly skilled team of employment law professionals.
Our team possess a diverse range of expertise, experience and accreditations which allow them to deliver expert pragmatic advice in a considerate and friendly fashion.
You can find out more about them on our meet the team page.
We’ve picked up a range of prestigious awards and accreditations through our work, including;
Jay is the region’s only employment solicitor to have a UK top rating in the consumer ratings website, VouchedFor.
Jay was also appointed to the Law Society Women Lawyers division in 2016 after a rigorous selection process.
In addition to our services and packages, we also host events throughout the region and collaborate with other businesses, organisations and charities to make engaging and informative events.
We’ve organised a wide range of events including seminars, meetings and networking sessions. As well of one off events, we also run a selection of event series such as our Hospitality Hub and HR Exchange events.
