In this session, Bhayani Law and  Leonard Curtis will look into the duties and responsibilities of charity Directors and Trustees including when the organisation may be experiencing financial challenges.  Taking a further look into the early warning signs to be aware of, understanding the status of all classes of creditors, redundancy and other payments to employees and duties to service users. 

The session will also cover how to wind down and close a solvent charity including the payment of all liabilities and distribution of reserves, including any risks around people management during this turbulent time.
